TBGC is a culinary collective that connects communities of color with healthy and sustainable food options. People need to eat, and TBGC is dedicated to providing a wholesome and authentic experience when serving our food, because they hold their customers' health at heart. TBGC is looking to express their mission in the style of a production & distribution facility/incubator kitchen/classroom. With these tenants they hope to bring not only nourishment to the community, but also a source of development, employment, and unity!
About Damon Bomar
Damon studied Hospitality Management at Howard University. He worked for various restaurant groups in Washington D.C., then came home to Seattle, Washington to energize his family business, and grow it to be a staple for his family and the community.
